IACP Foundation National Fellowship
Under the National Fellowship Program, the IACP Foundation sponsors six-month fellowships whereby police officers of member agencies serve a tour of duty with the International Association of Chiefs of Police in Alexandria, VA. This Fellowship provides these selected officers with an opportunity to gain a broad view appreciation of policing across a wide number of police agencies and geographic areas.
Fellowship officers work on a number of projects specific to their own areas of interest or other new areas, and help overall police professionalism by returning to their home police agency with new ideas and experiences and a unique fresh perspective.
