Images of Community Safety

Under the Images of Community Safety Program, the IACP Foundation, in collaboration with the IACP Association’s Crime Prevention Committee, has developed a CD-Rom with photo images depicting potential threats to regular citizens. These photos should be used to make police officers as well as the general public aware of the dangers they face during the course of their every day lives. They are also designed to serve as a vehicle to motivate people to change their behavior and to take preventative and precautionary actions, and to foster closer cooperation between law enforcement and communities.

These images can be utilized in various police training programs or community safety awareness efforts, and are formatted for use on posters, handouts or in briefing preparation. To order this CD-Rom, please click here.
