Highway-Rail Grade Crossing Collision Investigation

Among the most difficult accident situations for police agencies to investigate are those involving railed trains and vehicles, which most often occur at rail crossings. In order to provide training and assistance to investigators of such accidents, the IACP Foundation has funded a training CD-Rom with 15 specific training modules for police forces.
